This week, the Regional Coordinators and Community Mobilization Coordinators were invited to Nairobi for a team review meeting, following the conclusion of the 1st wave of data collections.
The main objective of the meeting was to review team performance and the response rates of the survey so far. They further discussed measures to help improve team performance, as they prepare to start off the 2nd wave of data collection.
Mini launches were done in Baringo and Nakuru this week. For the 2nd wave of the deployment plan, mini-launches for the initial regions are planned for: 26th July –Homabay County, Meru 30th, 1st August Migori and Embu and 2nd August Garissa.
Community-level mobilization is continuing for the second deployment wave and the clusters should be ready for data collection from July 23rd, versus an expected date of July 20th
